The Problem:
The Philadelphia Inquirer’s newsroom did not have a way to communicate directly with readers and solicit suggestions for stories.
The Solution:
Curious Philly is an editorial initiative that gives readers a direct line to the journalists and interact with specific topics. It was rolled it out to paying subscribers first, allowing the company to provide another benefit for the subscriber and generate loyalty. In the first week, we received over 700 questions from readers.
